How do you find CITIES that are unknown to Guilds? - 2009/04/13 19:09

I am trying to find Sakia and paid the Guild 7400 to find it. The guildmaster didn't know where it was but showed it on the map. It does not come up in CELESTIAL NAV menus. I went where it should be and it is not there. I went to HANOI and treated the bar and the barkeep gave me a hint to find it at a certain lat long. I went back and it is still not there. I looked for it with the telescope and it still doesn't show up. Do certain cities stay dark until a certain point in the story line? BTW this city SAKIA is modern day Tokyo.

I am playing the WII version of UNCHARTED WATERS NEW HORIZONS and am trying to get to Sakia to buy a BIG BARGE...

Any help will be appreciated. BTW it is a great GREAT game!!!

Whose quest are you doing? If you are doing Joao, or Ernst, those cities don't become available until you reach a certain fame in adventure. You have to trigger a part of the story before those ports become available.

Thanks for the response. I will now work on fame and just progress as normal and then those cities will probably pop up. You were very kind in responding. I am doing the first quest....
